1. How do I place my order?
Simply choose your favorite style on the product page, click “Add To Cart”, and follow the quick checkout steps to complete your purchase.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare it and notify you as soon as it ships!
2. How long will it take to ship my order?
For U.S. orders, most items ship within 3–5 business days from our fulfillment centers located across the United States.
For international orders, transit usually takes an additional 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination.
3. My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. Occasionally, carriers may experience delays or temporarily lose tracking info.
If your tracking number still isn’t working after a few days, please contact our support team. We’ll help resolve it promptly.
4. I haven’t received my order yet.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days. International orders usually take 1–2 weeks.
